Crock Pot Chicken Tagine

1 medium butternut squash, peeled and chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed & drained
1 cup chicken broth
1/3 cup raisins
2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 lbs chicken
Mix spices together and rub over chicken. Combine everything else in a 6 qt slow cooker, place chicken on top. Cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
